With every purchase of a spray (€1.50), a digital transaction occurs.

• Processing: Payment data is processed in encrypted form by our external Payment Service Provider.
• Storage: Sentique Vending does not store card numbers or bank details itself; these remain entirely within the secure environment of the payment processor.

2. Lead Generation & Business Contacts

When you express interest via our website in purchasing a unit or registering a location, we collect company details such as name, email address, and phone number.

• Purpose: This data is used exclusively to discuss the quote for the machine or the operation agreement (including the 20% commission scheme).

3. Security & Hosting

Our website and communication with the machines use secure cloud hosting and SSL certificates to protect your data.

• Technical logs: Server logs (such as IP addresses) are only maintained for the security and stability of the website.

4. Retention Period

Financial data regarding the revenue of our machines is stored in accordance with legal fiscal regulations for a period of 7 years for the benefit of the Tax Authorities.
